and rightly so. For it is yours, free of charge, if your order for FlisKits
merchandise is late (or overdue) for any reason. While mistakes and delays will
happen from time to time, it is our contention that such issues should never become YOUR
problem. And while we can not fix the issue simply by snapping our fingers, we hope
that this promotion will help ease the pain and frustration as we straighten it out at
this end.
