entry there as well. Joe sent this information
about the "Twin Leap":

Hello, it's me, Joe Bussenger. The science
fair kid. I told you I was entering my rocket in. I included the paint scheme,
design, parts, fin template and specifications, and a photo.
In the photo it only shows four bottom fins.
This was because my friend dropped it after flight and broke 2 fins off.
During the flight, it hit the bleachers and broke a fin off.
The initial flight was a success. My
rocket's name is Twin Leap.
