A little tight on the rocketry budget? Well, "Free
Stuff" can fix that.
Have a class with "Rockets on the mind" but no
"Funds in the cash box"? Download a bunch of 'em and let the FUN
begin!
The "Nebula" is a REAL
model rocket kit requiring construction from simple materials (mainly card stock).
You can select from the patterns below to print out. The rocket patterns should be
printed on 60# - 110# card stock and can also be printed on photo paper.
Also note that there are several pattern downloads.
Some patterns are pre-printed while one is left blank, giving you the freedom to decorate
your model as you see fit!
In addtion to the downloaded pattern and instructions, you
will need the following components to stabalize and launch/recover your Nebula
model rocket kit:
- 12" - 18" Shock Cord material
- 15" Kevlar® Cord (optional)
- 12" Crepe Paper Streamer
- 12" Cotton Button Thread
- Masking Tape or small tape disk
- Clay Weight
- 3 Toothpicks
