Silkscreened Waterslide Decals
FlisKits is proud introduce a line of high quality waterslide
decals. Initially starting with 3 decal sets, we hope to grow this area of our parts
department in the coming years. Each decal set is professionally silk screened and
pre-coated for easy application. These are NOT "printed" decals
and need no pre-treatment befor applying.
To apply these decals perform the following:
- Prepare your suface. It should be painted, dry and free
from dirt, dust and oils. Skin oils are one of the chief causes of decal application
problems.
- Cut out the desired decal.
- Place in a bowl of luke warm CLEAN water for 10-15 seconds
- Remove from water and place face up on a paper towel for
another 10-15 seconds.
- Using tweezers (recommended), take decal to desired location
on model and slide it off of the backing and onto your model.
- Gently blot the decal with a clean dry tissue, working out any
air bubbles.
- Once completely dry, it is recommended that you protect your
decal with a decal set solution
- You can now coat your model in any desired clear coat.

This decal sheet is fun as well as practical. Providing
3 different color body wraps (sized for BT-60 tubes) along with several USAF type |

with our own custom "burnt guy" decal just to show that we, at
FlisKits, still have our priorities straight! Additionally, this decal sheet
features motor identification lables so that you can mark your models with the
manufacturers recommended motors. Not all motors are provided for, but the most
popular ones can be found there. |

BT-50, BT-55 and BT-60 body tubes, in a number of different formats and color

markers, "stars and bars", as well as CG and CP markers. Included in this
set is our own custom "burnt guy" decal along with a whole set of very small
versions of this likable character. Perfect for that rocket that has seen many
prangs and repairs. These little guys can help you keep track of how many times
your model has gone back to the shop for a complete rebuild! |
