Having assembled the engine mount and begun the double glue method of attaching fins, we are now installing the shock cord.

Fins look good.  The glue on the roots is drying well.

Back in class, we begin with the installation of the engine mount.

After the engine mount, we begin attaching our fins.  With the film of dried glue on the fin and body, the fins attach VERY quickly.

This young lady built a rocket with me back in the STEM program and quickly signed up for the chance to build (and fly) another!

I think even the kids were amazed with how well this (the double glue method) worked.
