| Your FlisKits product is warranted against defects in
materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Any FlisKits
product which, because of a manufacturing defect or mistake proves to be defective within
the one year warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at FlisKits option and at no
charge to you, provided the defective item is returned to FlisKits with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to persons or
property caused by the use, abuse, misuse, failure to comply with operating instruction,
improper storage or failure tom comply with the NAR Safety Code. Some states do not
allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty does not cover modifications or changes
made to the design, components or recovery devices from that supplied with the kit and
assembled per the provided instructions.
